By visiting, accessing, or playing 24dle (“the Service”) at 24dle.com.ar, or by registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The Game and Service

24dle is an arithmetic card game where players combine card values using mathematical operators (+, −, ×, ÷) and parentheses to reach a target of 24. We provide single-player modes, a competitive daily challenge, and real-time private multiplayer rooms.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may play anonymously in casual modes or link an account via supported third-party identity providers (such as Google, GitHub, Discord, or Apple) or email verification to access ranked leaderboards and preserve your stats.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or remove handles that are abusive, offensive, or impersonate others.

4. Fair Play & Competitive Integrity

Fair play is essential to the competitive spirit of 24dle. You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, solvers, or macros during ranked or daily play.
• Tamper with, alter, or forge network requests, server tokens, or timing timestamps.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to manipulate leaderboard placement.
• Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, or other players.

Runs flagged for impossible solve times or fraudulent tokens will be disqualified from public rankings.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, graphics, audio, design, and branding associated with 24dle are the intellectual property of 24dle and its creators. You may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, or commercially redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24dle and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of 24dle following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
